As Head of Operations at Borderless, I focus on operational planning; processes and systems; performance measurement and evaluation; recruitment, on-boarding and training new people; coaching, knowledge and skill development; and managing service providers.
This role follows a successful period as an Executive Search Consultant at Borderless, after joining the firm from the plastics industry. I worked for several international plastics and packaging producers in business development and R&D in both Europe and North America. My assignments have included the development of innovative products for the food industry and the implementation of productivity plans for the plastic transformation sector.
A chemical engineer, I graduated from the School of Chemistry, Physics and Electronics in Lyon. I speak French and English.
