  • Virtual Human Resources - Marketing Assistant in London (Internship)

    2017 - 2017 VHR is an international technical recruitment organisation providing recruitment services and solutions to the Aerospace & Aviation, F1 & Automotive, Engineering & Defence and Marine industries around the world. VHR's partners are mainly located in Western and Eastern Europe, Middle East, India, Mauritius and Asia.

    I carried out a 16-week internship within this company which employs people from 36 countries. I joined the marketing team and developed relevant skills as a Marketing Intern. I was responsible for producing content for various recruitment campaigns such as Etihad Airways and Airbus. Among this creative and dynamic team, I also created content for different events like the Monaco Yacht Show, the Cannes Yacht Show, the Superyacht Cup or Composites Europe. My work included creating videos thanks to Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro, developing new candidate and client newsletters on InDesign and Mailchimp (49.8% opening rate and 15.2% click rate in July), designing and writing Intern Blogs, writing articles, creating banners via Photoshop for the different job opportunities, composing Instagram images, creating brochures for VHR’s employees and preparing both internal and external PowerPoint presentations. Nevertheless, the tasks of the Marketing team do not only consist of content production. Indeed, analyzing the results of our projects was highly important to adapt the strategy. Therefore, I worked on recording data of our last campaigns on Google Analytics and other social media channels. Thus, I wrote a report to explain what could be improved for the further campaigns.

    This rewarding work placement enabled me to discover new professional and personal prospects. This unique opportunity contributed to my self-improvement thanks to the discovery of new cultures and living in London allowed me to gain more independence.

  • Trane - Customer Visit Coordinator (Internship)

    Golbey 2016 - 2016 Trane, a subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand, is an American manufacturer of HVAC systems. This global company employs more than 29,000 people. The company has been involving in the development of renewable energy for years. As a Customer Visit Coordinator, my task was to organize customers visits in France. These clients and potential buyers mainly came from Middle-East, India, Africa and Europe. During this rewarding experience, I had daily contacts with customers and partners located worldwide. Thus, I am now able to work within a multicultural team.

    Responsibilities:
    -Prepared programs in coordination with the sales offices.
    -Coordination of customer visits.
    -Created Excel pivot tables in order to carry out comparisons.
    -Updated a directory with Access.
    -Exchanges (email and telephone): B2B and B2C.
    -Greeted foreign customers and supported them during the business trip.
    -Daily contact with international customers (Middle-East, India, Russia, Europe)
    -Compared estimates from restaurants, hotels and drivers.


    Trane appartient au groupe américain Ingersoll Rand. Elle est spécialisée dans la production de systèmes de CVC et emploie plus de 29 000 personnes. En tant que coordinatrice des visites clients, j’étais en charge d’organiser les visites pour les clients en provenance du Moyen-Orient, d’Inde, d’Afrique et d’Europe. Au cours de cette expérience enrichissante, j’ai eu l’opportunité d’échanger quotidiennement avec des partenaires issues de différentes cultures. J’ai ainsi pu renforcer mes connaissances en relations interculturelles et mon envie de travailler au sein d’une équipe multiculturelle.

    Barcelona 2015 - 2015 Engel&Völkers is an international company which provides services related to transactions of luxury properties, yachts and planes. This German company was set-up in 1977 and it operates on 6 continents, with more than 500 luxury real estate brokerages and 49 commercial offices brokering retail. As a Sales Assistant, I reinforced my interpersonal skills thanks to the daily contacts with international customers. Furthermore, during this enriching experience in Spain I learned to use several software, including Salesforce and Broadmail.

    Responsibilities:
    -Designed, made and published property ads.
    -Created ads and wrote letters for customers.
    -Translated many property ads in French, English and Spanish.
    -Wrote and published newsletters in English, French and Spanish.
    -Updated the company’s website.
    -Edited pictures thanks to Photoshop.
    -Published the company news thanks to the software Salesforce.
    -Carried out property viewings.
    -Carried out inventories of properties sold.
    -Daily contacts with international customers.


    Engel&Völkers est une entreprise internationale, spécialisée dans les transactions de propriétés de luxe, yachts et avions. Cette entreprise, créée en Allemagne en 1977, est aujourd’hui présente sur les 6 continents. Elle possède pas moins de 500 agences immobilières à travers le monde.

    Responsabilités:
    -Accueil des clients et visites des propriétés.
    -Réalisation des inventaires des propriétés vendues.
    -Réalisation de relevés d'informations au sein des propriétés à vendre.
    -Conception et réalisation d'annonces immobilières en français, anglais et espagnol.
    -Publication des annonces sur le site internet via le logiciel GO.
    -Mise à jour du site internet.
    -Modification des photos à l'aide de Photoshop.
    -Création des newsletters via Broadmail.
    -Publication de l'actualité de l'entreprise via Salesforce.
    -Traduction de nombreuses annonces.
    -Contacts quotidiens avec une clientèle internationale.
