    In this environment I was :

    Business Manager France reporting to Managing Director (as board member)

    Responsible for managing the French recruitment team by working at the highest level providing. (by recruiting new consultants and ensuring consistent, high standards of delivery in the local french market).

    Insuring the development of client portfolios and negotiating European pan panel, French assignments. (by increasing business with current / existing customers and developing new customers according to Quantum’s strategy).

    Reporting to provide visit reports and market information and to issue accurate and up-to-date Weekly Reports, WIP’s and Board Reports Customer service side’s: status reviews and customer reporting
