I started my career working for Bull Company as Systems Engineer. During that time I had been working in Videotex and POS solutions. My responsibilities grew up, and I became the Technical Manager of the Telematics Products and Bull CP8 Smart Card. Later on, I assumed the Banking and Insurance Business Unit where my contribution was through the elaboration of both technical and financial proposals (including the analysis of proposals from equipment/services suppliers), and the project management of integrated solutions based on electronic transactions, for Medis, Multicare and BP clients.
My professional path took a new route when I accepted the challenge of acting as the Portfolio and Quality Manager at Neoris, which included the following functions: project management consulting and training, project portfolio planning and control, and overall implementation of project management and project quality processes.
My skills in project management had improved at SINFIC, as Project Management Consultant at Caixa Geral de Depósitos, where I did general training and provided advisory in project management, particularly in the project risk management area.
During the last 4 years I have been working for Pessoas & Processos in the Project, Program and Portfolio Management areas, acting as the in-house specialist of Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Portfolio Project Management solutions, and as Project Management Consultant, for definition and implementation of processes and templates of project management and PMO, in the banking sector in Portugal and Angola.
