  • Areva - Technical pilot for fluid systems discipline

    Paris La Defense 2012 - 2014 In the frame of the 3rd phase of the ATMEA1(tm) reactor development project, as correspondent to the "Engineering Discipline Leader" for Hydarulics/Process, I have been in charge of quoting, scheduling, launching, monitoring and closing the engineering activities for the hydraulics/process scope performed in Paris. The activities represent around 10 Full Time Equivalent (corresponding to around 1 million Euro budget). The "Engineering Discipline Leaders" (one for each discipline) reports to the project management team.

  • Areva - Design of hydraulic systems

    Paris La Defense 2008 - 2012 - Sizing of hydraulic systems, such as steam or drain and vent systems, for ATMEA1(tm) (mid-sized pressurized water reactor) and EPR(tm): components sizing, hydraulic network calculations, specification of I&C functions...
    - With strong interfaces with other disciplines (layout, I&C, nuclear safety and accident analysis, equipment engineering...), fluid systems engineers are in charge of overall consistency of the design in both accidental and normal operation.

  • Areva - Thermal hydraulic studies engineer

    Paris La Defense 2005 - 2007 Accident analysis for operating plants in France and new reactors such as EPR(tm).
    Specialized in thermal hydraulics with basic knowledge of neutronics and mechanical engineering.
