Graduated from Ural State Law Academy. In 2007 obtained a Ph.D. degree in political science at Institute of Justice. In 1994 appointed chairman of Charity Fund “Yaktash”, active member of civil society groups and local communities. In 1997 elected as a president of National Cultural Tatar Autonomy (NKAT), since then worked in various associations and local NGOs.
Shareholder and operational advisory to Russian aggregate companies. During the mid-1990s the investment projects contributed into economic revitalization of the region and have shown an increased pace of local development. Specific angle of business activities regroup mining, construction and chemical oil production in the Ural region. Within a great number of investment projects targeting the infrastructure in the region and the city of Yekaterinburg, I have elaborated and implemented effective management solutions increasing performance of local business actors and units with stable annual turnover.
In 2012 I started to gather European investments in order to manage and optimize the value of own assets throughout the world.
