    Core circuit R4 swap full MS turn key for SFR. Built Operate and Transfer legacy swap to R4 technology (two years project). Responsible for fault management services.
    . Si Radio swap for SFR (Like for like). 3G Siemens swap to Nokia 3G technology (3000 swaps in one year). Customer satisfaction received (director level). Responsible for operation services.
    Offshoring of monitoring activity in Portugal Lisbon (Nokia Siemens Networks global centre).
