Organize production activities and manage performance
*Create and develop tools for shift's independence and to increase link between crossfunctional services ;
*Use solid technical knowledge on the process to assist the organization of maintenance activities ;
*Participate to sliding planning establishment, for production and activities, regarding human and device capacity, business plan and supply needs.
*Define and prepare metrics and trends report, analyze the area results. Define and prioritize action plan (corrective actions, preventive actions, continuous improvement)
*Lead and Animate cross-functional meetings: schedule, actions repartition, wrap up and follow up
Manage the safety mindset and quality requirements:
* Pilot and develop the safety mentality and behavior by participating to audits and security committee, enforcing security rules, realizing safety visit and organizing common inter-service safety visit
*Insure the realization of corrective and predictive action plans (CAPA system, supported by Trackwise and Lookout)
*Follow action plan from audits, inspections or workshop.
*Coordinate the review of procedures or operational modes
Lead and supervise activities and support the manager
*Give orientation and define priority to productions and process team member by taking decision based on analytical mind, stress resistance, reactivity and anticipation behavior.
*Follow-up a situation change and develop with supervisor the training plans
* Animate and lead a cross-functional team without hierarchical responsibility (management by influence)
* Manager back-up.

* set up and manage reliability actions to maintain the equipment in compliance with the quality reference system and with the productivity standards

Maintain equipment in its qualified state:
* prepare and execute the qualification documentation (DQ, IQ / OQ / PQ)
* prepare and monitor the test, analyze and process the test data
Train operator in production with new practices through training modules
On call 24/7 one week per month on all the filling lines on the site (4 lines with different filling and aseptic technology )
