En résumé

Tout au long de ma carrière j’ai travaillé dans des entreprises de renommée internationale, en milieu industriel et multiculturel.
L’essentiel de mon expérience professionnelle est centré sur le management de projet (construction d’usines en Europe, Etats-Unis, Moyen Orient, Russie), j’ai ensuite enrichi mon bagage d’expérience avec des postes à profil commercial et juridique tel qu’acheteur de catégorie et acheteur pour des projets de développement. J’ai pu ainsi développer mes capacités de négociation dans des contextes difficiles.
Adaptabilité, motivation, engagement personnel, sérieux, sens de responsabilité, capacité de communiquer de manière efficace et de travailler en équipe, sont les qualités qui me définissent et qui m’ont été reconnues à plusieurs reprises.

  • Air Liquide - Category Buyer Rotating Equipment

    Paris 2014 - maintenant As Category buyer I purchase rotating equipment as part of Production Units supplied by Engineering of Air Liquide, in particular Units producing Air Gases (Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon), Hydrogen, CO, CO2, Syngas, LNG, for metal industry, chemistry, O&G, Energy, etc.
    Rotating equipment include:
    • Compressor trains, Steam and Gas Turbines, Expanders, Cryogenic Pumps (value ranging from 100 KEUR upto 10 MEUR);
    • Main suppliers: Siemens, Man Diesel &Turbo, Atlas Copco, Dresser Rand, Ingersoll Rand, Neuman & Esser, Burckhardt, Siad MI, Elliott, Samsung, Kobelco.
    Role and responsibilities:
    - Responsible for procurement of “lead equipment” on projects and contracts negotiation;
    - Support in bid phase. Responsible for selecting “lead equipment, consultation of bidders, perform commercial clarification and evaluation, determine potential savings, validate and commit to pricing;
    - Development and active promotion of category strategy in coordination with the Global Category Function.

  • Air Liquide - Project Manager

    Paris 2008 - 2013 6 year experience as project manager for projects based in Qatar, Russia, Italy. Project Budget up to 30 MEUR.
    Role and responsibilities:
    - Take part to elaboration of proposals and validation of technical and budgetary offers;
    - Lead and coordinate the project team throughout the project (engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning);
    - Key contact for Customer and Supplier;
    - Insure the respect of the contract;
    - Responsible of Budget and Schedule;
    - Insured that site workers respected Healthy and Safety rules during construction phase;
    - Ensure project follow up and reporting;
    - Analyze and highlight of results in order to ensure a proper capitalization.

  • Air Liquide - Sales Manager

    Paris 2001 - 2008 Microsystèmes’ primary mission was to develop, sell and support remote monitoring/management solutions for Air Liquide subsidiaries and divisions.
    Role and responsibilities:
    - To sell to Air Liquide affiliates service contracts for the centralization, management and hosting of telemetry data coming from Air Liquide facilities at country level. Such data are made available to the customer via web interface for alarming, monitoring of production and organization of maintenance.

  • STMicroelectronics - Head of the Quality Lab

    1998 - 2001 Member of QA/QC team, within M5 Wafer Fab, manufacturing facility of electronic components like Flash CMOS, EPROM, E2PROM, and Smartcards.
    Role and responsibilities:
    - Management of the Quality Lab team;
    - In line reliability tests on components;
    - Entitled to stop and restart production chain in case of problems detected on some step of manufacturing;
    - Q-Lab responsibilities: failure analyses on scrapped wafers, components characterization, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) , Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES), Total Reflection X-Ray Fluorescence (TXRF).
