As Legal Counsel of one of a Group subsidiary specialized in the manufacturing and the production of pipes, I'm in charge of several matters including :
- Drafting, negociation and review of international contracts (Supply Agreement, R&D, joint development, GTC & PTC)
- Advising the Company on claims and litigations induced by its business decisions
- Advising the lead buyers about contracts wording and negociation so that contracts be compliant with regulations and Group principles
- observe and make observe the Group values, the Group regulations and the global policy of the Group especially on business
- Provide legal secretariat for the Company
- In charge of real estate, lease and acquisitions/extension of the plant
