    - Perform capability evaluations and associated risks
    Perform inspection suppliers and sub-contractor
    - Approve supplier quality plans
    - Identifying product attributes that are critical to quality, critical manufacturing processes, and supplier risks to designate witness & hold points on supplier quality plans
    Improve Quality results of sub-contractor
    - Use quality documents (Ishikawa, 5 Why’s)
    - General analysis of non-conformance reports
    - Link between Engineering and supplier manufacturing when needed to resolve technical issues
    Ensure delivery dates will be on time
    - Hold the supplier accountable to meet the schedules
    - Measure and report schedule compliance
    - Perform capacity evaluations and associated risks
    Improve Quality/cost/delivery time
    - Work with Design Engineering to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements and that all expectations are communicated effectively to support suppliers
    - Support implementation of Value Analysis
    Final acceptance test
    -Review FAT procedure and approve them
    -Attend to the event
    -Reduce commissioning time on site by doing as much as possible on factory

    The Main technical fields of inspection:
    - Welding (fuel tanks , pipes)
    -Handling system
    - Fire detection and protection system
    - Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning system (HVAC)

    - Perform capability evaluations and associated risks
    Perform inspection suppliers and sub-contractor
    - Approve supplier quality plans
    - Identifying product attributes that are critical to quality, critical manufacturing processes, and supplier risks to designate witness & hold points on supplier quality plans
    Qualification
    - Qualify new products with existing supplier
    For example, I did a training and qualification of machining and painting at supplier in Asia who had no experience on delivering paint and deliver final machined parts. We defined the process and how to inspect the parts to ensure to reach the Quality requirements
    - Qualify sub-contractor to ensure to meet NOV requirements
    Improve Quality results of sub-contractor
    - Use quality documents (Ishikawa, 5 Why’s)
    - General analysis of non-conformance reports
    - Link between Engineering and supplier manufacturing when needed to resolve technical issues
    Ensure delivery dates will be on time
    - Hold the supplier accountable to meet the schedules
