    Responsibilities:

    • Design, implementation and adherence to detailed project plans and the successful deliverance of Customer Service Department, Order Entry, Cash Collections, Cash Application departments from conception to implementation.
    • Change management and process re-engineering within IBM BTO to ensure efficient management of ongoing projects, guarantee quality compliance and increase client satisfaction and retention
