    2015 - 2016 * IT project head for the configuration of the Limkokwing University Sierra Leone

    Campus. I was in charge of procurement, configuration, deployment, and

    reporting of the project to the Campus head in Cyberjaya.

    * Troubleshoot all network related issues: connectivity, slow internet, PC related

    issues, switches, routers, access points and more.

    * Configurations: switches (Cisco, D-Link, 3Com, HP, etc), access points, WLAN

    controllers, routers, modems, Wi-Fi, repeaters.

    * Remote Desktop, TeamViewer, Tera Term, PuTTy, Telnet, SSH, VPN, FTP,

    VLAN, Access List, Port Security, Routing (RIP, EIGRP, IS-IS, OSPF).

    * Corporate Email setup (Google Mail, Outlook), account creation, editing, deleting,

    suspension, activation and user privilege settings.

    * Good experience on Cisco core switch (Catalyst 4503), routers (Cisco 3800),

    Switches (2950, 2960S,X, 3750G, SG300), D-Link, 3Com, and more. Access

    points (Aruba 3400 WLAN controller with AP-105), Cisco Catalyst 2500 WLAN

    controller with AIR-CAP APs all models, standalone and lightweight.

    * Knowledgeable on bandwidth management (Bluecoat PacketShaper 3500), web

    content filtering (Bluecoat Proxy SG810), Firewall Policing (Juniper SSG550).

  • Limkoking University - Network Engineer

    2013 - 2016 As a network engineer at Limkokwing University, my job mainly comprised of providing first level support to the entire university staff, detect problems in the network, propose plausible solutions, recommend hardware upgrades, obtain and configure new hardware, deploy new devices (network devices such as cisco routers, access points, switches, repeaters, firewalls, proxies, load balancing devices etc.
    My job was also to make sure the network was secured and properly configured, monitor network performance using tools such as packet shaper, expand LAN and WLAN throughout the entire campus while providing support to overseas campuses in Africa, Europe and Asia.
    I've been sent twice in Africa to configure a new campus network and get the campus ready for launching. It was a very enriching experience.
