  2002 - 2006 - Technological support to operations in the hydrotreating, hydrodesulphurization (HDS) and reforming complex: process optimization, performance tracking and troubleshooting
  - Key role player in the definition and communication of the HDS operating window for the production of 2005+ automotive gasoil: test runs, definition of improvement opportunities, operator training and documentation and day to day operation
  - Key player in the Global Margin Uplift and Energy reduction initiatives at the refinery
  - Refinery focal point for the selection, the monitoring, the loading and unloading of hydrotreating, hydrodesulphurization and platforming catalysts
  - Implementation of lessons learned during units shutdown and catalyst regeneration in the procedures and definition of projects for possible implementation
  - Performing and defining of techno-economical studies in the field of expertise in close cooperation with the Production, Projects and Inspection departments
