  Averton 2010 - 2013 > Key responsibilities:
  • Implementation of a full applied quality system, in addition to helping with the reorganization of the company through the study of Certipharm referential, in the goal to find new customers, as customers in the pharmaceutical packaging field.
  • Complet study on the investment of a press who make 3D boxes through different case
  • Realization of a full quote and fabrication software who provides very accurately information on the manufacturing costs, as well as the production time and raw materials needed.
  • Help to the research of the technical data of the machines, in the goal to know the possibilities and limits of production across the firm.
  • Improvement of waste paper in the packaging production process
  • Analysis of preparation times and running times for the production of booklets
  • Manufacturer and scheduler following the acquisition of a company to facilitate the integration of new processes:
  • Comprehensive study of machines who make 3D boxes to know exactly how this type of machine work, with all the parameters necessary for the smooth running of the production
  
  > Key achievements:
  • Implementation of iso 2859-1 norm: control by sampling plan. Automatic calculation of the sampling plan thanks to an Excel program + visual basic macro. Creating a new database default for non-compliance. Creating of a file allowing to treat the defects to analyze them effectively. Decrease of the non-conformities and customer complaints
  • Knowledge of the production cost of our current machines. Identification of the problem of process.
  • Creation of a calculation program that allow to print a sheet who summarize all the wastes necessary, by process, for the good product manufacturing: fewer remanufacturing.
  • Help to the integration of all the data collected in a new «Enterprise Resource Planning».
  • Establishment of a system of calculation for the production times of the cutter.
  • Presentation of the process to the operators: training.

• Jouve - Assistant operator

  Paris 2007 - 2007 « Jouve » is a company working mainly in the field of publishing. His favorite field is so the book printing of any kind.
  
  - Assist the principal operator of the machine in the good conduct of the production.
  - Realization of simple tasks to enable the operator to carry out these main tasks, in order to improve the production times.

• Ouest France - Rotary press operator

  The company « Ouest France » prints newspapers and magazines of all kinds, such as the newspaper « Ouest France » which is the best-selling newspaper in France.

  - Ensure the good running of the process concerning the coils unrolling on rotary.
  - Prepare gluing coils to allow the non-stop process when the coil ending.
