  o Improve site competitiveness through serial materials cost reductions in liaison with Business Group and Group organisation;
  
  Main responsibilities :
  o Defines and implements technical/re-sourcing/logistics/VPS materials productivities and reservoir in line with budget requirements, in collaboration with the segment organization
  o Support the commodity organization (BGSL/RSL) to reach the site negotiation objectives
  o Pilots in front of the MSC material productivity actions and brings suppliers in, in line with budget timing
  o Pilots supplier relationship role as KAP, when not covered by Group Commodity organisation
  o Implements materials WW PG/PL standards in the site (s)
  o Build up the site (s) budget together with the site Purchasing manager and in liaison with the RSL
  o Implement mitigation action plan at site level
  o Ensure coverage of logistics protocols for all bought out parts
  o Strictly apply the SI axis within the site (internal referentials, certifications, procedures, purchasing tools, information systems)

  o Pilotes supplier integration in the projects to optimize materials QCDI and non recurring costs and ensure commodity strategy deployment in the projects
  
  
  Main responsibilities :
  o Support project award during CAA with competitive costs and savings plan to finance project acquisition, seeks and obtain purchasing CAA validation
  o Build up project supplier target panel from pre-SOCO with commodity organisation (RSL/BGSL) to bundle awards
  o Voice of segment strategy in the project, and voice of the project to the segments
  o Install competition between suppliers after pre-SOCO, bringing at least two suppliers at the same technical level before the SOCO for all components, proceeds with all negotiations before sourcing to push the cost down
  o Leverage commodity organisation to reach pre-sourcing, sourcing decisions and meet project targets and offset with supply base quick savings imposed by customers
  o Ensures timely sign off with the segments of all supplier contracts related the project (from development contracts to mass production)
  o Achieves project purchasing index
  o Liaise with purchasing Non Production organisation to achieve project investments and tooling targets
  o Manages achievement of all project milestones related to suppliers
  o Defines and controls communication flows and contents between project teams and suppliers
  o Warrants utilisation of Group project purchasing and suppliers quality tools and information systems
  o Ensure capacities for all components are covered for his project, in liaison with the commodity organisation
  o Manages all contractual aspects to protect Valeo intellectual property and segment panel
  
  KPIs :
  o Project Purchasing Index
  o Project milestones on time (ARGP, IS , etc.)
  o Suppliers non recurring costs compliance to CAA target (shared with NPP organisation)
  o Project inflation balance
  o Project platform localisation rate (must be in line or better than OEM project currency pass through)

  o Controls materials cost evolution & Purchasing performance, perform financial analysis enabling an improved monitoring of the supply base
  o Builds Site materials budget and all indicators related to the Purchasing function

  o Ensures strict compliance of information systems linked to reporting and management control (Puma/BW/Hyperion)
