- Production cost cutting (Lean Dépenses task force). End of 2008, setting up, organization and management of 15 networks (190 people) on 6 production sites to identify and implement savings in production costs. Achievements: 17 M€ in 2009.
- Project manager on Reliability of the inventory management in relation with the logistics managers of production sites.
- Processes optimization by a transversal animation with 6 production sites (varied contacts: plant business controllers, central & sites logistics, quality, methods, IT…): solutions implementation to guarantee compliance between physical, administrative and accounting flows. (e.g.: in product development, industrial projects (new plant in Turkey), and new logistics flows...)
