- Research internship (end of studies) : Modeling of the multimodal transportation ecosystem

The IRT SystemX is an interdisciplinary R&D themes institute gathering competencies of industries and public research in a logic of public-private co-investment : Alstom, Bull, Campus Paris-Saclay, INRIA, Institut Mines Telecom, Kalray, OVH, Renault, Sherpa, Systematics Paris-Region, etc...
The IRTs are supported by the French Government through the program "Investissements d'Avenir".
During this internship, I joined the MIC (Modeling - Interoperability - Cooperation) research project which aims to :
◘ develop technologies that improve multimodal travel, firstly by optimizing the means of transportation and secondly, by providing supervision within transportation systems;
◘ demonstrate the usability of the technological components developed through the use of demonstrators representative of real-life situations, and evaluate the associated economic models;
◘ extend the capabilities of system development environments;
◘ specify the open systems of systems architecture with regards to an attractive number of project models for the various players in transportation systems;
◘ facilitate the analysis of alternatives, from both a “business” and “technical” angle, by constructing a modeling framework interlinked with these two aspects.
My objective was to model the multimodal transportation ecosystem (public and industrial actors, mobility solutions) in an integrated approach.
• My achievements
► Contribution to the state of the art of the urban mobility planification
► Modeling with CoSMo (complex simulation software) the object-entity relations of the multimodal transportation ecosystem
► Using the tool, modeling of the economic flows between actors
► Evaluation of the model to illustrate transportation public-private partnership strategies
► Proposal breaking economically viable models to develop multimodal transportation

► Creation of an internal and external IT asset tracking software
► Participation in the creation of optimal itinerary for the Sic Express trucks
► Processing of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
► Creation of an animated wallpaper for the home screen of the company
► Training Sic Express clients to use Teliae softwares

- Internship in a Pre-Sales team

The objective of this internship was to learn the operation of the agency, its role in the Orange organization and its purpose.
Then I studied the role and tasks of the technical sales team in the agency.
Finally, my internship ended with the operational implementation of a project entitled “RSS”, for which I realized a procedure concerning the deployment of an application on the workstation of every employee of the pre-sales teams.
