Le groupement EDF - 1er électricien mondial - et CSI Matforce - compagnie privée sénégalaise présente les domaines de l’énergie, de la climatisation, mais aussi de la vente de véhicules, de machines hydrauliques et agricoles - a remporté fin juin l’appel d’offres de la concession de Kaffrine-Tambacounda-Kédougou.
Directement issue de ce groupement, la société « Energie Rurale Africaine – ERA » (70% EDF – 30% CSI Matforce) a été créée à Tambacounda, au cœur de la concession, pour porter le projet.
Descriptif des tâches du poste
• Membre de l’équipe de Direction je propose la politique et les règles clientèles et commerciales de l’entreprise, notamment en matière de :
Communication (externe et interne)
Relation Clientèle (Règlement de Service, organisation du recouvrement…)
Marketing (Principes, nouveau village réseau, PV.
Plan de développement Clientèle (calé sur le programme travaux)
Plan de communication annuel de l’entreprise vers l’ensemble des acteurs à enjeux (Cible, Vecteur, Message)
Plan de déploiement de l’image de marque de l’entreprise.
Relation publique avec les autorités locales etc.

RESPONSABILITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
ERA (Energie Rurale Africaine ) Sales , Communication and Marketing manager of a company owned by EDF (Energie de France) and which is aimed at give energy access to more than 300 villages (20000 users ) in the eastern part of Senegal (Kédougou Tamba and Kaffrine ) for at least 25 years.
TATA Business developer for 7 West Africa countries for the International Indian company. Organization of fairs, shows, road shows, organization of the communication of the company in West Africa. New products incubation and implementation, new dealership creation in neighboring countries etc.
CATERPILLAR SAUDEQUIP
I had to develop, solar kits, forklifts, generators, compressors and Caterpillars engines sales.
CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY PRESS Sales Representative with among other frequent activities: schools visits all over Senegal and sub region, creating, maintaining and boosting relationships between Cambridge and the Authorities, organizing book exhibitions fairs and conferences, supervising the stock etc. The book Stay Tuned for Senegal had been adopted in its first months by some private schools, catholic and laics, and the Ministry of Education which bought 53000 books the first year through African Development Bank project. I had also to develop the ELT (English Language Teaching) Books in the same areas.
