  Project: Construction of a Rolling Mill for Round Iron and Commercial Iron 300,000 tons / year
  
  Under the supervision of the technical management of the company I had the opportunity to worry
  about the position of Project Manager who encompasses all the know-how in civil engineering in the
  management level and I was responsible for:
  
  - General and Technical Site Supervision of Civil work at power sub-station an WTP, including
  foundations, trenches, control building and associated work.
  - Liaison with Civil Designers to ensure development of Civil and Construction Drawings in
  accordance with project s requirement.
  - Optimize civil works Construction in coordination with Civil Contractors. ;
  - Monitor progress of Civil contractors as per the schedule agreed ;
  - Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance with design specifications,
  quality requirements and EHS standards
  - Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
  
  - Participation and preparation of the project costs ;
  - Preparation and organization of technical and financial work schedules ;
  - Knowing and classifying the resources allocated for the start-up of construction sites to the
  level of financing and supply
  
  - Coordination and supervision of site work and subcontracting ;
  - Preparation of attachments and counts ;
  - Find solution for respecting the deadline project ;
  - Organization of internal and external project meetings and evaluation of project results ;
  - Management of the site manpower (Mechanical, Electrician, Civil...)
  
  - Resolution of technical problems and proposal of solutions in order to guarantee a good
  continuity of works with the coordination between all the interveners of the project

  I was concerned about the position of SENIOR SITE ENGINEER in this project of five years in
  the technical direction of the branch of the infrastructure and I had to have responsibility for
  the tasks:
  
  
  - Supervision and conduct of excavation and laying work (Water / Gas) ;
  - Quality control of prefabricated structures (Precast Yard Controller) - Preparation of statements and
  attachments and assistance to meetings of the site
  
  - Preparation of work schedules (excavation, casting, laying, logistics ...)
  
  - Ensure coordination between the consultant and the company
