  A. Production Management:
   Prepare the roadmap according to the company’s targets.
   Planning of the production, prepared daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the production KPI´s (Safety issues, quality issues, efficiency, spoilage, down time, material consumption);
   Management of the resources (Machines and Humans).
   Participate to the start up of the production line (technical support, training of new employees) ;
   Implementation of the 7 Dimensions of the Group CROWN (Quality First; Serving our Customers, Team Force, Environment Health and Safety, Supply Chain Management; Manufacturing Process, Managing Innovation);

  A. Supervise over 600 employees with full responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of personnel within 90% of capacity.
  B. Manage manufacturing process to ensure product is delivered on time and under budget while maintaining quality standards.
  C. Plan and execute the production schedule including human and material resources.
  D. Resolve employee relationship issues, evaluate conflicts and determine disciplinary actions.
