    A. Develop, implement, and manage a prevention oriented plant quality system that meets or exceeds the requirements of the Quality System ( ISO TS 16949) defined by the Policy Manual and Standard Practices and applicable customer requirements.
    B. Audit the plant quality systems, processes, procedures, and products to assess adequacy, degree of use, and effectiveness while identifying areas for improvement. Initiate corrective action when required.

    A. Production Management:
     Prepare the roadmap according to the company’s targets.
     Planning of the production, prepared daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the production KPI´s (Safety issues, quality issues, efficiency, spoilage, down time, material consumption);
     Management of the resources (Machines and Humans).
     Participate to the start up of the production line (technical support, training of new employees) ;
