  A. Production Management:
   Prepare the roadmap according to the company’s targets.
   Planning of the production, prepared daily, weekly and monthly reporting of the production KPI´s (Safety issues, quality issues, efficiency, spoilage, down time, material consumption);
   Management of the resources (Machines and Humans).
   Participate to the start up of the production line (technical support, training of new employees) ;
   Implementation of the 7 Dimensions of the Group CROWN (Quality First; Serving our Customers, Team Force, Environment Health and Safety, Supply Chain Management; Manufacturing Process, Managing Innovation);
   Implementation of the Integrated Management System ( ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 19001 and BRC)

   Training of the production personnel to the manufacturing improvement tools by learning by doing (7 M, S.M.E.D., 5S, visual management, and Problem solving methodologies).

  A. Supervise over 600 employees with full responsibility for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of personnel within 90% of capacity.
  B. Manage manufacturing process to ensure product is delivered on time and under budget while maintaining quality standards.
  C. Plan and execute the production schedule including human and material resources.
  D. Resolve employee relationship issues, evaluate conflicts and determine disciplinary actions.
  E. Improve efficiency of production by migrating employees and equipment to maximize utilization.
  F. Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings, maintain production goals and reduce inventory carrying costs.
  G. Utilize WCP “World Class Performance” strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
