Focal point for all matters relevant to consent requirements by Algerian regulatory bodies like ARH, DGM, CTC,
Ensuring that contractor documentation complies with statutory regulations requirements
Receiving, reviewing letter/correspondence from contractor and ensure compliance with ARH/Algerian regulations I certification and classification requirements
Dispatch to concerned person to be signed/approved prior sent to ARH Liaison with contractor's ARH liaison counterpart
Coordinates classification and certification activities with the assigned Algerian Regulatory Bodies
Ensure that all necessary quality records are identified and retained in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
Witness /monitor and record all quality records of PQR (welding Procedure Qualification Records)
• Review supplier material certificates
• Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications
• Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by contractor, and compilation of contractor inspection assignments packages
Witness /monitor/approve all quality records related to pressure test (hydro, pneumatic test)
Report promptly to the Project Quality Manager all matters related to verification scheme performance and regulatory compliance.
Maintain the Quality file records system- (WPS, PQR, Pressure reports...) For specific classification or certification related equipment/services/etc.:
Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirement have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents
Ensure all certification requirements are clearly identified, understood and included with the requisition and PO.
Work with Quality Manager and the Project Management Team
Be fully familiar with the requisition requirements and equipment/material specifications and the verification and inspection release processes and ensure their compliance.
Ensuring that mechanical completion handover packages are in line with the relevant project procedures
Coordinate and assists as necessary with the companies discipline engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies

Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.
Coordinate hydrostatic testing operations between client, contractor and the Authority for Regulation for hydrocarbons ARH
Reviewing QC vendor documents before submitting to ARH.
Supervise the preparation of final dossier and close all comments coming from ARH’s supervisors
Review subcontractor’s ITPs and procedure.
Attend kick-off meeting weekly and prepare MOM.
