My current tasks :
I am responsible for the overall daily management of all open positions for designated functional areas of the client’s organization. This includes the client relationships, driving the recruitment processes with suppliers and the full lifecycle management of open positions :
- Assist client managers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including: requisition creation, candidate review and short-listing, interview scheduling, consistent follow-up with managers and suppliers and assistance with the selection process.
- Manage primary customer support activities including VMS training and assistance.
- Manage and oversee performance of participating staffing agencies.
- Log all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ownership of other Program Office activities including performance tracking, request aging, and trend tracking.
- Maintain and update necessary activity and performance reports.
- Constant interaction via meetings, email and phone with client, staffing vendors, contract
personnel and other partners.
- Conduct analysis, investigations, and resolve client’s inquiries as needed
- Provide periodic program status reports to leadership as required
