    Saint Ouen 2013 - maintenant Project components : 240 bogies in service and 5 replacement bogies
    Concerned elements : connecting rod, bearing box, frame, cross-beam and occasional parts
    Background : the 245 bogies of the Lyon and Nantes Tramways/Trains had several elements to be replaced due to defective design.
    The project consisted of determining a plan for continuous exchange of bogies between the Alstom and the SNCF sites. Each batch of bogies is fitted in Alstom site on a new production line. The concerned elements are either replaced or controlled by specific process.

    Achievements :

     Creation of a new production line of tramway/train bogies for retrofitting
     Production management
     Planning establishment
     Cost control
     Writing of specifications for subcontracting and services
     Supervise the transportation of the bogies between Alstom and the client sites
     Write quality documents related to the bogies
     Installation of a new system of bogie oil circuit decontamination
     Establish and secure the working site process.

  • ALSTOM GROUP - Quality inspection : Citadis tramway projects via Akka Technologies

    Saint Ouen 2012 - 2013 Work in the quality department on 4 CITADIS tramways projects for the following cities :
    Tours (21 trains with 7 wagons)
    Rouen (27 trains with 7 wagons)
    Le Havre (22 trains with 5 wagons)
    Casablanca (74 trains with 5 wagons)

    Achievements :

    Ensure the quality of the entire production line :
     Establishment and update of the Non Compliance Reports (NCR) state of each train
     Supervise quality inspectors on the non compliance observation and their curative
     Follow of the advancement of the curatives with the person in charge
     Follow of update and closure of NCR in SAP system

    Ensure the success of the different steps :
     Ensure that all NCR that could block electrical tests have no curative actions
     Supervise the NCR procedure (after tests)
     Give the final state for the Manufacturer Delivery Document

  • PSA Peugeot Citroën - Planning & cost control manager via Akka Technologies

    Rueil Malmaison 2011 - 2012 Second part of the project inside the welding shop department :
    An industrial phase following by the final mounting of the production line in the PCMARus plant in Russia with : transfer of the equipment, their assembly, settings, production tests and increase of production rate.

  • PSA Peugeot Citroën - Planning & cost control manager via Akka Technologies

    Rueil Malmaison 2011 - 2011 First part of the project inside the welding shop department :
    A body in white phase of the production line in Sochaux including : the assembly, settings, and the production tests.

    Planning function :
    Creation and management of the Pre Series Vehicle production planning :
     Creation, update and application of the required documents during the body in white phase in Sochaux (France)
     Production management and monitoring of the deliverable bodies for painting department
     Monitor the delivery of parts for the line tests
     Monitor the construction line progress in accordance with the different steps (production agreement document, delivery agreement document, switch over agreement).

    Lead the delay management :
     Update and monitor the global project planning with MSProject
     Supply the parts needed for the settings phase
     Monitor the suppliers payments.

    Synthesis function :
    Creation and update of a synthesis file including project indicators (deliveries indicators, technical improvement, quality, and production).
