We are in the process of building a new state of the art food added value processing/ manufacturing/ and packaging plan right here in a coastal alaskan village with a great history of commercial fisheries.
Right now we are working with well known local genius and owner of Indian valley, Doug drum using his facility to create our product. We own and operate the new all automated packaging plant.
Within 2 years, we'll be able with the fresh sustainable local resources of wild alaskan salmon from the local fleet, process with as many organic ingredient as possible then manufacture, smoke, package and ready to sale to the end user and all that under one roof.
The idea of being able to create the most unique dog treat out of fresh wild salmon taken from the ocean at our door step, all human grade, in a USDA inspected plant, no bones, no carcass, no guts nothing but prime filet of wild alaskan salmon.
To our knowledge it will the first and only plant to do just that in Alaska.
Before the great 9.2 alaska earthquake, Seldovia used to have four canneries on the broadwalk waterfront.
Follow our progress on our web site @Array. seldoviawild.com
Thank you for helping that beautiful coastal community to thrive and succeed in that project.
Long live Seldovia home of "Alaska Puppy Love Dog Treat"
