    Colombes 2011 - 2015 The function involves to be owner and to control the production process to ensure that the utilization of installed industrial base is performed in the most effective way .
    -Ensure the production quality standards are met and comply with the quantity and on time requests
    -Drives continuous improvement process utilizing WCM tools and methodologies.
    -Owns and drives key performances indicators(KPI) within the specific production areas to reach the budget targets.
    -Executes the factory strategy in the production areas , ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.
    -Monitors and optimizes the use of human , machine,material resources and technology to ensure that the packaging material produced meets specifications and standards .
    -Participates in and/or leads WCM / Continuous improvement related activities,such as process Cells ,Pillars and teams.
    -Identifying ans analyzing production gars and improvements within area.
    -Coach and train the team in order to increase the level of knowledge and empowerment of the production staff.
    -Reviewing worker performance and identifying training needs.
    Other key duties and responsibilities include as required.
    -Promote the newest technology that can be used in the production processes.
    -Control and reduce manufacturing costs in the area wherever possible.
    -Interpret safety policies/practices to employees,including enforcing safety regulations .
