Michel Marchand, is an Executive Coach and a former Education Director with EDF (Electricité de France) Corporate University.
He runs his own company, MMC4.
In EDF, he held various positions including Communication, IT, Marketing and Sales and Field Management. He participated in various international take-overs, including Brazil and Argentina and has played a key part in the development of the EDF in the UK, where he spent 5 years.
Michel Marchand is an Affiliate Professor at Paris Sorbonne University, teaching “Talent Development” and “Coaching in people management” as part of the International Human Resources Master Degree programme.
He has started a new concept of Executive Coaching in Virtual Worlds (Second Life) and coaches people from everywhere in the world ( http://mmc4-2012.org/ , in French)
