  • Matrix Technology Ltd - Sales Manager Aerospace and Defense – Canada

    2003 - maintenant Responsible for the Sales of Aerospace and Defense markets at Matrix Technology Ltd, my role consists in securing long term contracts with my Customers (Bombardier Aerospace, Pratt and Whitney, CAE, Thales’s, Bell Textron, L3’s…), while increasing incremental sales by providing more products and service offers. I am deeply involved in the long term Matrix strategy plan. I identify, approach and sign complementary new lines to fulfill the market needs. I also solidify partnership with other distributors not present in Canada to complete Matrix’s product and service offering. Very technically and service oriented, I position Matrix as a long term partner to my Customers. Since I joined Matrix, we are now providing assemblies and value added solutions for the Aerospace and Defense markets that benefits other markets or territories of Matrix. I managed my sales territory as my own business.
  • Tyco Electronics UK Ltd - Europe, Middle East and Africa Aerospace and Defense Marketing & Sales Director

    2001 - 2003 Reporting to the Europe V.P., I was in charge of sales and marketing for the Aerospace and Defense markets for EMEA. With a $100M of direct and indirect sales, I was managing over 30 SE’s and FAE’s direct report along with reps (Israel, Greece, Eastern Europe countries). Co-owner of the worldwide aerospace market strategy and planning for Tyco Electronics, I was establishing priorities for the product developments and company acquisition.
  • Tyco Electronics Canada - Aerospace Sales manager, Montreal – Canada

    1997 - 2001 I was in charge of the Aerospace market for Canada. My role consisted in find Raychem solutions to Customer technical problems, introduce new products and technologies to the Customer, proliferate our products on all new programs and secure the business under long-term contract.I was GAM for Bombardier Aerospace and owner of the strategy to maximize market share at the Customer, coordinating implementation with my colleagues in US, Japan and Europe. I was elected Best Sales Engineer for Tyco Electronics / Raychem worldwide in 2001 and get rewarded by the Tyco Chairman council
  • Raychem Delaware Ltd –Electronics Division– - Product Support Manager, Bangalore - India

    1994 - 1997 Reporting to the Sales Director Asia, my mission was to develop the business of the Raychem Electronics division in India. It required extensive Customer visits all over India, product presentations and seminars to target in priority Defense and Aerospace markets. All major Military and Aerospace programs started to use Raychem products. We then started to cover the Automotive, Computer and Telecommunication markets and hired 2 dedicated sales managers. I was also managing the office, which consisted in three sales managers and 2 inside sales with the support of local Finance and HR departments
  • Raychem S.A. –Electronics Sales Division– - Field Application Manager – Cergy-Pontoise - France

    1992 - 1994 I was providing technical Raychem solutions to Customers mainly in Defense and Aerospace markets. The division revenue was 15 M$. This job required frequent customer visits throughout France. In addition, I was in charge of the French Distributor and Harness subcontractor’s training and technical support.
  • Raychem S.A. –Electronics Sales Division– - Junior Product Manager –Europe, Middle East and Africa

    1991 - 1992 My job was to manage and expand two product lines: “MTC harness” and “MTC application tools”. I was controlling the cost and selling prices and created MTC harness drawing packages.
    I was also a product specialist for MTC Connector product line. I provided technical and marketing support for the Military and Aerospace programs for EMEA up to India
  • Raychem S.A. –Electronics Sales Division– - Interconnection Systems Designer

    1989 - 1991 Development for airborne use of: MIL-STD-1553B micro coupler, a #8 triaxal contact for 38999 connector series and MTC50L – light weight PCB mount connector.
