Miguel Angel Hisojo received in 2006 the B.Sc. degree in Computer Sciences from the Faculty of Sciences at Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Morelos (UAEM), Mexico, where he wrote his final manuscript at Instituto de Ciencias Físicas (ICF) at UNAM as part of the Biophysics team, under the supervision of Dr. Humberto Saint-Martín.
He was awarded in 2010 with a schoolarship, by the Consejo Mexicano de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACyT) to earn the M.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics to Telecommunications, Control and Images at the Polytechnic School of the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis , France.
From 2011 until today, he is part of the I3S Laboratory at the SIGNET team (Signals and Systems division), and the doctoral school EDSTIC , where he pursues the Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics to Signal Processing and Telecommunications, under the supervision of Dr. Jerome Lebrun and Prof. Luc Deneire. Funded by CONACyT and CNRS.
His research centers around Wireless Communication techniques and the Signal Processing algorithms involved.
