Assess risk and carry out necessary action to minimise risk; this involves me using my initiative to create a safe workplace and leisure area for my colleagues and the public. The assessment of risk also shows my analytical and decision making skills which are useful in any setting.
Give an outstanding customer service' this is not just important in the sport and leisure industry but in all jobs as it shows that I have good communication skills and a friendly demeanour. Furthermore with taking peoples complaints and finding a solution my great problem solving skills come to the fore.
