Paris2015 - 2016I worked at the Technocenter in Amman, the dedicated entity for innovation of Orange Group. As a Project Manager at the Technocenter, my role was to deliver innovative services to Orange affiliates in MEA (Middle-East, Africa) zone. I was in charge of three projects related to the SIM cards. These projects are Orange value-added services for Orange affiliates and customers, embedded in SIM cards.
My projects:
1. Interactive SMS: a new direct marketing channel that allows Orange affiliates to promote offers and services. The iSMS is a pop-up message where the customer can subscribe to any type of offer in only one click.
2. Cloub BackUp: is an insurance service for all customers, enabling them to save their phonebook contacts on their SIM card and also on the Orange Cloud service. They can manage their contacts from their SIM menu or from the Orange Cloud interface.
3. Incoming Call Management: allows customers to manage incoming calls, by providing automatic or customized answers.
My missions:
- Leading project delivery: requirements, development, testing, customer experience
- Coordinating project contributors: marketing, technical, development teams & suppliers
- Defining scope statement and leading calls for tenders for new projects
- Writing product sheets and marketing briefs
- Developing & increasing usages of services deployed, in collaboration with affiliates: marketing operations, training to local teams (workshops in Cameroon, Madagascar, Guinea-Conakry, Niger)
- Defining and following key performance indicators
- Writing weekly reports and quarterly business reviews
- Piloting the improvement of the customer experience for each service
Orange
- Product Owner - Mobile App
Paris2014 - 2015I worked at the Technocenter in Châtillon, the dedicated entity for innovation of Orange Group. As a Product Owner at the Technocenter, my role was to deliver “MyOrange” mobile app to Orange affiliates in MEA (Middle-East, Africa) zone, applying agile methodology SCRUM.
My product: MyOrange app is a self-care application for smartphones which allows Orange customers to check their account, manage their options, subscribe to Orange services... anytime, anywhere. The app was developed in three operating systems : iOS, Android and HTML5.
My missions:
- Defining marketing strategy: writing product sheet, building marketing plan, creating marketing campaigns
- Coordinating project contributors: marketing, technical, development, and design teams
- Defining product backlog (list of features to develop) and roadmap
- Defining customer journeys in collaboration with UX team
- Planning sprints and releases delivery
- Defining and following key performance indicators
- Analyzing performance and trends, using results to create user segments and monitoring push notification campaigns through “Capptain” (300K active users over 12 countries)
- Writing weekly reports and quarterly business reviews
- Piloting competitive intelligence
