Internationally certified Human Resources (PHRI) as well as KPI’s professional Human Resources and administration manager with previous experience in Multinational and International companies gave me an extensive and diverse experience in staff placement, health and safety programs enhancing ‎employees’ morale and productivity through implementing company’s policies’ and benefits scheme that ‎engendered significant credibility, mutual trust, and respect of employees’ towards company. Moreover Finance Background, French ‎language and regional tasks in Africa, ME and Europe gave me an extensive and diverse experience in ‎Global recruitment and employment legality, while taking the lead in acquisitions made me always feeling comfortable in implementing the ‎company policies, and proficient in labor law, as legal tasks were always added to my job to ensure that ‎company is complying overseas and locally with labor regulations .

In 2003 it was decided to create Human Resources department all over Organon’s offices, accordingly ‎courses of actions were taken including incentive training that was managed and supervised by the ‎regional office in Cyprus , under their supervision, I took the lead to smoothly implement the human ‎resources management and compliance systems , HRIS (Scala) , conducted salaries surveys and designed ‎compensation and recognitions systems that reward employees for their contributions and boosted ‎productivity . ‎

Knowing how to link change to the strategic needs of the organization, people advocacy, transparency and ‎work ethics were my keys to manage and accelerate organizational change, minimize employees ‎dissatisfaction and resistance to change after Schering plough acquisition, so in coordination with US office, ‎I took the lead to restructure the organization ,started to redesign jobs, communicate compensation plans, ‎reduced headcount within budget and was nominated from the 1% company’s talented pool ten years ago. ‎
Later and because my communication and analytical skills were highly esteemed by my superiors, an ‎important role of HR Compliance was delegated to implement and develop policies including benefits- as ‎well as control system procedures assures that both companies complies with SP policies and Labor Law, ‎and escalate frauds to the regional office. ‎
In 2010 I joined Telsol as Regional HR Manager , and was responsible to establish HR department able to ‎provide exceptional service locally and regionally , what gave me a special ability to work effectively in ‎multicultural environmental (Europe, Africa and ME), so started to implement benefits scheme able to ‎effectively reduce turn over while utilizing existing head count to cover needed positions in ME and Africa, ‎and was nominated Best employee in 2011 for securing staff and sites during revolution time ‎
Finally working in the world's foremost luxury travel company, delivering inspiring experiences through its ‎main office in UK and worldwide Retreats gave me practical knowledge in customer service Excellency and ‎helped me to establish organizational culture and climate in which people have the competency, concern, ‎and commitment to serve customers in challenging times, while joining one of the biggest Japanese ‎Engineering company that focus on accuracy and documentation helped me to emphasize any project ‎process , empower employees to take responsibilities and the opportunity for cross-functional rotation. ‎
