  - Ensure the validation of the capacity of the platform regarding delivered specifications.
  - Troubleshooting and Workaround suggestion
  - Projects :
  1. Orange Senegal Data Charging PF migration project leading :
  - Support Level 1 of the Volubill production system including :
  * incident resolution, investigation
  * platform monitoring and daily checks
  * configuration recommendation to optimize as much possible the overloaded platform to be able to handle the traffic until the final migration.
  - Migration project support including :
  * Defining the migration strategy with all involved team (OSEN project and support team, ZTE project team).
  * Taking the complete data export task on Volubill production system : scripts development, scripts optimization, dump strategy and procedure, with also preparation tasks and configuration optimization to enhance the dump performance from 7 hours of execution to 2 hours.
  
  2. Orange Kenya Fraud & Revenue Assurance Data Charging Audit :
  - Context : several recent fraud issues at Orange Kenya
  - Objectives :
  * Verify if Orange Kenya network and charging is properly configured to avoid data fraud and revenue loss.
  * Propose corrective actions for the detected fraud cases.
  - Actions :
  * Perform E2E tests following elaborated F&RA test book.
  * Write and deliver an audit report with the proposed recommendations.
  * Follow up the recommendations with different suppliers (ZTE, E/// , Sandvine)
  
  3. Orange Centrafrique - Data Charging Platform Migration Project
  - Procduce Customer Acceptance Test Plan document.
  - Execute & Validate IOT tests with Orange RCA local team
