- Provide ongoing updates to the Estimate at completion (EAC) costs based on scope changes, transfers and trends including productivity measurements, labor rate analysis, commitments, change management, schedule impacts and material cost variance.
- Work closely with the project teams and discipline engineers to seek possible commercial variances and opportunity for change orders, to identify cost impact of proposed changes and incorporating impacts into work plan.
