  2018 - 2018 As a Team Supervisor, I am called to:
  
  - Verify all the inputs of CAD (CATIA) models.
  - Make reports, confirmations and answer feedback of client.
  - Insure that the client specifications are respected.
  - Check the quality of FE (ANSA) models made by the members of NVH team.
  - Give training to team in NVH (ANSA).
  - Organize meetings/Kick-off to discuss problems and solve them.
  
  I also develop my managerial skills, sense of leadership also coaching to help the member of the team surpass their weaknesses and make sure to attend the quality requested.

• NTS Maghreb - Junior Mechanical Engineer

  2017 - 2018 As a Mechanical Engineer for R&D, i am called to do the following tasks:
  
  - Making CAE (ANSA) Designs based on CAD (CATIA) models for Automotive clients.
  - Managing modeled parts and assemblies on ANSA for both CRASH & NVH analysis (LS-DYNA & NASTRAN)
  - Comp management and assigning connections for different DECKS on ANSA respecting clients Specifications.
  - Verifying modeling quality for parts and assemblies.
  - Post-Processing / Solving using the SOL 103 for Normal Modes & Natural Frequencies of automotive structures.
  
  Also I have time for developing my software skills for Automotive Engineering applications for different aspects and area of studies.

• Tuyauto - Internship

  2017 - 2017 A Complete Study to include CAE simulation tools at the Development Department, and give a Study Case for Automotive Heat Shields and Other Chassis Parts.
  I was called to search, give insights and deal with Software sellers as a techno-commercial Engineer, And do the best software selection for the need of the company in a hand and the appropriate choice that respects its budget in the other hand.
  
  During this experience i learned more about Stamping process, progressive stamping and the steps that a part goes through since its earlier design until production.
  
  I become able to do two kind of simulation after this short experience; Modal Analysis by respecting the Customer requirements, giving the closed results to reality, in the main while i learned how to do feasibility of stamping simulation using AutoForm Engineering, for simple parts such as Folding operations or complex parts for deep drawing.

• NTS Maghreb - Designer - Design Consulter

  Seclin 2014 - 2015 Working for 9 month has not only finite my software skills on CATIA V5 on Drafting, Part Design, Assembly Design and Shape Design Workbenches, but I have learned the Beta CAE Systems ANSA for simulation also the Pro-E. This experience helped me to develop my relational skills with employees and employer also it made me more responsible. Moreover it made me more professional in my field.

• Royal Joint - Internship

  2014 - 2014 During this internship, i was called to redesign an hydraulic machine, using technical knowledge that i was taught in my bachelor also my software skills in CATIA V5, project management, simulation using FEM of SolidWorks and at the end estimating the budget to manufacture that good (the hydraulic machine).

• Sonasid - Internship

  Casablanca 2013 - 2013 I was called to solve a dynamic problem for a folding machine, its structure is combined of both mechanical and hydraulic systems, in a way to innovate its design and increase its render for production, i was obliged to use all my technical knowledge to apply the possible improvement to get the ultimate and optimal results, during this internship i used SolidWorks to model the system and to simulate it using FEM simulation.

• Atelier Inox ESSANOUSSI - Internship

  2012 - 2012 It was my first contact with the professional work, during this important internship, i worked in many machines as ; Turning, milling, drilling and hydraulic press...etc, moreover, i did many manual welding operations.
