Project 1 : J2EE SWING Client Server application of front office Trader Marketer flow, Quotation Request Service
Managed the application on server side from concept to release. The application is a workflow between front office operational users (Traders and Marketers) which communicate with many internals booking, referential static and market data and pricing systems. The application gives in real time a quotation priced by trader to marketer in order to give it to external clients.
- Produced technical architectures: SWING application which use J2EE server deployed on Weblogic server and driven by Tibco Workflow.
- Installation of Tibco IPE workflow client-server: creation of IPE oracle database with his objects and installation of the application on windows environment.
- Development of J2EE components services: methods of finding quotations requested, locking and setting requests, setting prices using EJB.
- Unitary test and deployment on integration environment: using the Weblogic and the Tibco IPE admin console.
- Produced technical documentation and tasks needed for deployment on pre-production and production environment using the web dedicated documentation: CONFLUENCE
Project 1 : J2EE WEB Client Server application interface between front systems and trade booking systems: Booking Service
The application is an interface between internals systems which communicate with an internal format. The aim of the application is to integrate trades in front office system to dedicated booking system management. I participated in the evolution of the application by adding new component according to business requests.
- Development of J2EE components services: method to book in dedicated system using EJB.
- Development of the driven EAI components: using EJB, data base access, RDV listener and other Tibco process
- Deployment on integration environment: using the Weblogic and the Tibco BW admin console.

Management of Murex software:
In order to correct, to improve and to include new requests, new Murex’s versions are delivered. Our job consists in deploying, testing and managing it on integration environment.
- Installing and configuring Sybase on UNIX development environment: ASE 12.5
- Migrating Murex version. It includes the installation of the new release and all new modules on UNIX development environment
- Produced technical documentation and tasks needed for deployment on pre-production and production environment
- Produced training for Murex users
Data extraction, reporting and calculation application of financial data:
- Developed checking, inserting and updating Murex market data using PERL, T-SQL and KSH technology.
- Developed a conceptual data model in order to log all reporting extraction.
- Integrated and developed a workflow which allows all the front system to book automatically trades into Murex.
- Developed data integrity controls tools using Sybase objects: stored procedures, triggers, views...
- Performed non optimized SQL request and helped production in critical problems

Function : Murex Functional Front Office Support
Functional support on the financial software Murex and over the equity derivatives managed. The users of Murex were around the world: Paris, Geneva, London, New York, Tokyo and Hong Kong. The support is mainly done by mail and by phone. The project includes also testing and managing some Murex modules.
- Functional support on Murex modules: Pricing, Simulation, Real Time, MxML workflow, trade integration.
- Produced functional documentation and reports.
- Users training on Murex software modules.
- Testing and validating new versions in collaboration with business and software publisher of Murex.
- Meeting with software publisher of Murex in order to do the evolution of the software.
