- Defined the relevant criteria to compare vendors with an assessment file: the potential suppliers answer to some specific questions. Then these answers are used by the tool to evaluate the vendor.
- Created a Lean board to analyse supplier performances: strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
- Created standards for the methodology to follow in the selection process from the beginning of the project to the supplier qualification.
- Managed engineering project of Lean: Propose Lean management solutions in a R&D section. Raised awareness to technical engineers about lean
mindset.

- CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) Fire model development for Nuclear power plants.
- Thermodynamic calculations: thermal hydraulic, thermal transfers, and fluids mechanic.
- Benchmarking with cases from the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
- Used CFD simulation software: CD-ADAPCO’s STARCCM+ (license cost: 2.5 M€).

functions, post-treatment (reports, monitors and scenes).
