    2016 - 2016 Created a SMART Lean tool allowing the engineers, managers to select the best vendor for any project:
    - Defined the relevant criteria to compare vendors with an assessment file: the potential suppliers answer to some specific questions. Then these answers are used by the tool to evaluate the vendor.
    - Created a Lean board to analyse supplier performances: strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
    - Created standards for the methodology to follow in the selection process from the beginning of the project to the supplier qualification.
    - Managed engineering project of Lean: Propose Lean management solutions in a R&D section. Raised awareness to technical engineers about lean
    mindset.

    Created, developed, enhanced and industrialised a methodology of calculation for nuclear fire risk and consequences:
    - CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamic) Fire model development for Nuclear power plants.
    - Thermodynamic calculations: thermal hydraulic, thermal transfers, and fluids mechanic.
    - Benchmarking with cases from the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
    - Used CFD simulation software: CD-ADAPCO’s STARCCM+ (license cost: 2.5 M€).
    - Mastered CFD calculations: 3D-CAD Models, physic continuum (physic models), materials properties, boundaries, solver configuration, field
    functions, post-treatment (reports, monitors and scenes).
    - Arranged training for engineers in using the CFD methodology: Standards and operational mode (process documents).
    - Managed engineering project: Implementation of Lean management in a R&D project (created standards, adapted and used lean tools & methods in
    design office). Raised awareness to technical engineers about lean mindset.
    - Created a SMART tool to automate, in using correlations, the calculation of thermal convection coefficients.
