Based on my test management experience within the Financial Services industry, my mission is to:
- take ownership of the test processes and develop/enhance them accordingly in a short timeframe
-Define and document a consolidated test strategy between the relevant internal resources and external partners : Simcorp Dimension and AIM Gain solutions
-Detail associated test plans for all major testing phases (SIT, UAT, OAT, SPT), as well as for the production go-live weekend
-Ensure the correct execution of the test strategy and associated plans, through:
-The identification and mobilization of the resources needed (environments, stakeholders, etc.)
-The definition and creation of test cases (in conjunction with relevant stakeholders)
-The generation, analysis and communication of test reports
-Defect resolution and associated retesting
-Stakeholder sign-off and acceptance
-Define and detail a non-regression test bed for the Core Platform and Data Management solution that can be reused once the solution is operational (e.g. when applying incident fixes/patches, deploying new releases/upgrades, etc)
