  2014 - 2014 i sat at the counter and welcomed our customers who needed travel tickets for diverse destination like in Africa ,Europe ,Asia and America...For the different reservation and ticketing issued, i used the Amadeus and Galileo Global Distribution Systems both for air tickets and hotel reservation as-well as car reservations.It was a very great experience and i learned alot from it. Beside that, i also answered calls(call center) and made reservation on-line for our distant customers who couldn't come to our basement...
