OFON II Project is an extension of stage one by TOTAL in order to increase the production capacity
of the field. The project consists on the renovation of the plate forms OFD1 & OFP1 and The build
up of an additional platform to support the production of 18 wells.
Assigned in the project as QC Manager for the main Contractor PNL, in order to ensure that the
Company procedures are implemented and the work completed as per the design. My duty is to:
* Ensure all activities completed as per design and project procedures
* All personnel assigned is certified and fit for such assignment.
* Ensure all inspections are performed to the applicable project procedures and standards
* Ensure that all the reporting is completed properly.
* Prepare the Mechanical Completion/ Pre-commissioning dossiers
* Maintain Punch List and NCR Registers
* Maintaining the QMS on site.
* Report the QC department activities to management
* Set and conduct Quality inductions and trainings to personnel en site.
