  * Organized site activities in piping, mechanical installations and electrical works.

  * Conducted project execution in all phases from bid package preparation to final tests and hand over.

  2000 - 2004 I got appreciation letter from client for on-time commissioning of Powerplant.
  I got appreciation letter from Elin Company for excellent cooperation in construction of MES Powerplnt.
  * Hands-on lead and responsible for assembly and commissioning of 8 X 250 MW turbine, draft tube and generators in Hydro- Electric power plant Under Supervision of ELIN ( ANDRITZ) Company for Generators and VOITH HYDRO for Francis type Turbines.
  * Supervised and conducted the assembly and alignment of Rotor and Stator as well as lower / upper bearing .
  * Conducted Rotor and Stator Stacking and Winding. ;
  * Conducted Assembly of Bearings and Shafts. ;
  * Conducted Run-out Check and alignment Of Turbine and Generator shafts. ;
  * Supervised and provide QC plan and procedures. ;
  * Provided WPS(Welding procedure spec.) for Welding of Upper and Lower Fans.
  * Conducted Heavy lifting and Installation of Rotor( 502 T each) and lower and Upper Bearings brackets.
  * Conducted piping of the utilities(compressed air brake system, HP hydraulic system , cooling water piping and CO2 fire-fighting piping).
  * Collaborated in commissioning of all units.( Rotor balancing , exciting systems ,piping systems).
  * Developed Liaison between different stakeholders of the project (Client ,Turbine and Generator vendor supervisors) .
  * Prepared project master schedule (WBS) ,weekly and monthly progress reports for client and director. ;
  * Monitored and controlled Cost of project ,Quality and Time constraints.
