    Montigny-le-Bretonneux 2010 - 2013 Ensure the definition and implementation of guidelines, policies, methodologies and tools for development and managerial planning, ensuring steering, coordination and control over the HR colleagues who, operationally, apply the development processes, both in Italy and all over the world.
    Provide support to Saipem SpA and its subsidiaries for the HR development activities with particular reference to the mapping of key resources, evaluation of performance and potential, the definition of company and individual development plans, which are closely linked with training initiative, the proper use of the monitoring system for young talents.
    Ensure the planning of the managerial resources structure and management of the management appraisal system, ensuring moreover the analysis, description and evaluation of managerial positions.
    Direct management of a team (3 resources), preparation and follow up of the budget (500k€), regular interface as Corporate function with all the subsidiaries.
    Long mission abroad in Algeria and Canada to analyze and implement the Corporate development model and processes.
