Market place information – Customer territory management (Retention and Looking for New Sales Opportunities on pre-defined region.)
Interaction with customer over the telephone in order to establish market information specific to them.
Keeping up-to-date with local market trends and relating impact upon customers via media
Sharing information within the sales team members in order to improve and identify the most appropriate service against the competition.
Selling:
Winning ad-hoc, small, medium and large customers within a specific geographic territory, through regular phone calls in order to generate and meet the revenue targets within guidelines imposed by the commercial policy and sales processes and meet the key performance indicators (both in individual and team activity).
Planning and performing sales calls to both existing and prospect customers according to the standard activity and centrally agreed sales processes.
Supporting direct mail campaigns by following-up on mail and customer over the phone
Identification of the traffic profile of a customer and acting accordingly (offer, contract, visit for the field sales executive).
Winning new, ad-hoc, small or medium customers through the closing of business on appropriate tariffs.
Developing existing customers through up-selling or cross-selling.
Sales Administration:
Perform all sales administration activities in order to maintain an accurate information that is essential to sustain revenue and customer service.
Completion of all sales reports within agreed time frame.
Completion and update customer information and documentation as required by the business
Updating the sales system on a timely basis in order to ensure complete and current client information. Review sales performance and prepare presentations when necessary for sales meetings or weekly debriefs. Provide input as required into the quarterly sales reviews.
