    * Provide excellent general CRS administration support to colleagues, distributors and customers with the objective to increase customer satisfaction and contribute to the mission of the company
    * Respond to customers and distributors requests related to CRS items(prepare quotations where needed, calculate pricing, provide administrative support and information)
    * Regularly liaise with internal departments ( others Atlascopco Senegal departments, factories, customer centers or branches) to expedite customers request.
    * Support the distributors and service Engineers with 1ts line spares pricing, in line with goals and objectives
    * Provide management reports and statistics in due time, help in preparing review meetings
    * Follow up and propose parts stocking levels ;
    * Maintain all service jobs documents such updated ;
    * Keep control on the service jobs from booking till invoicing including WIP and outstanding

  • SAUDEQUIP - MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
