Duties and responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise pre-commissioning and commissioning mechanical and piping activities. ;
* establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities ;
* Follow-up construction and commissioning activities, witness installation and commissioning checks and assure a smooth handover from MC through commissioning, through start-up to production as required.
* Perform walk down and follow the punch list clearance. ;
* Participate in joint inspection with client in order to satisfy the project standard, safety, performance & legislative requirement before ready for start-up.
* Record any change / modification in the relevant engineering documentations.
* Follow-up and review the Rotating Equipment package specifications ensuring technical integrity, operability and maintainability are incorporated conform.
* Ensure appropriate reliability is realized through careful system design and equipment selection.
* Preparing work packages, inspecting and identifying required material and equipment for performing construction work.
* Supervising the installation pre-commissioning and commissioning of Rotary and Static Equipment's:
* Centrifugal compressors (GE Thermodyne)/ Reciprocating compressors (GE Nuovo Pignone)
* Air coolers, Centrifugal, volumetric and multistage pumps, Vessels & Separators,Oil Centrufigue
* Inspecting, checking and performing with vendors the compressors preliminary and final alignment installation of spacers coupling, checking the final compressor flanges alignment of suction and discharge sides, after the piping works are finished (Pipe On/Off).Oil flushing of lub-oil lines, Water flushing of water cooler system, nitrogen purging of system
* Checking and clearing the punch lists of compressor prior of start-up
* Assist vendor and operators during the start-up of compressors
* Monitoring with vendor the pressure on the seal gas filter and requesting filters changing when required, opening the suction strainer for inspection on the first shutdown of the compressors.
* Supervising and performing the maintenance activities during start-up and shutdown like:
* Assist with the vendor the dismantling of ABB motor bearings for cleaning and inspection due to vibration issue
* Assist with the vendor the dismantling and assembling of the 2nd stage of 02 unites reciprocation compressors GE NUOVO Pignone due to design issue
* Assist with the vendor the Dry Gas seal (Flowserve) replacement on the centrifugal compressors
* Valves repairing (Ball,Gate,Globe,SDV,PSV,NRV,BDV,FV,PV,LV,PCV ... etc)
* Bearing replacement of Electrical motors for Air cooler
* Belth replacement, Fans alignment
* Gear pumps inspection and repairing ;
* Scrubbers of vessels inspection and cleaning ;

11 unites of Water injection pumps and 7 unites of boosters pumps (Sulzer) volumetric pumps (Wepuko), Air cooler, chemical package, Dollinger filters, hydraulic power unite, Pig traps, etc
* Inspecting, checking and performing with vendors the pumps preliminary and final alignment installation of spacers coupling, checking the final pump flanges alignment of suction and discharge sides, after the piping works are finished (Pipe On/Off).Oil flushing of lub-oil lines, seal system flushing and filling, mechanical seal replacement (Flowserve), opening the suction strainer for inspection on the first shutdown of the pumps.
* Record any change / modification in the relevant engineering documentations.
* Managing interfaces with sub contractors for all pre-commissioning and commissioning tasks
* Piping hydro-testing of FGS's,Wells and GDM : Identify Test-pack limits, Isolation, Blowing, water filling, leak tests, dewatering, drying & Nitrogen purging
* Pipeline hydro-testing Flow lines, trunk lines: cleaning, gauging, water filling, air content, dewatering, drying & Nitrogen purging.
* Flange management ;
* Manage leak test and preservation for hydrocarbon system (piping and pipeline, flow line/trunk line).
* Manage and coordinate with subcontractor the High pressure Leak test up to 400 bar for 7 GDM's
* Develop fabrication drawings for commissioning temporaries, Materials and consumable requisitions
* Ensure all handover requirements are anticipated and that final handover of facilities is achieved
* Ensures that sub contractor personnel are thoroughly briefed regarding all safety rules and regulations pertaining to their work, carry out tool box talk for Company & contractor technicians inclusive of attending the safety orientation briefing.
* Enforcement of HSE regulations & Permit to work procedure, LOTO ( lock Out & Tag Out) ;
