Assistance of the field maintenance teams .
Monitoring troubles via trouble manager tool (TT) RBS engineer
Collecting statistics of the networkMonitor and localized faults in real time of each network elements through the Network Management Systems.
Ensure the Fault Management activities to be carried out efficiently and effectively according to Fault Management Process.
Prioritize actions for fault restoration based on the company’s agreed Service Level Agreement and the impact to survive and revenue.
Coordinate fault restoration, activities by ensuring timely fault escalation process to Regional Operation Group and the Network Group’s operation and maintenance.
Assist Back Offices Engineers in conduction post-mortem on highly critical failures to identify root of cause of faults.
Such as incident report, advance report and etc. Whenever the occurrence of High Critical Failures and as required by the Fault Handling Procedure.
Manage complaints, feedback, request and inquiries from internal and external customers.
Ensure accuracy of information of the Trouble Tickets.
Perform duties as instructed by Management from time to time
My main task was based on monitoring, analyzing and clearing the network alarms.
Follow up on network status and problems in co-operation with Service Management Team and Network Operations
Perform routine Maintenance and Backup procedures, periodically.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Exchange data for BSS include :( BSC, TRC, and RBSC).
Take action on troubleshooting fault, performing function test, localizing and clearing faults.
Perform continuous monitoring on the network performances and escalating the fault occurs to respective parties as according to escalation procedures to endure the optimum network availability at a very minimal downtime.
