* 2G RF optimization Tasks :
* KPI Monitoring, Parametric optimization, Frequency Planning, Neighbour List optimization , Analysis of detailed BH KPI reports with knowledge of different counters used. `` SDCCH assignment success, TCH assignment success, SDCCH completion rate, TCH completion rate, Handover success rate'' Worst cells. ;
* Good experience on RF planning and optimization of GSM Network. Can independently be planned , implement and optimize the GSM network, Good hands on experience on RF planning drive test. ;
* Drive test/Analysis of drive test data/parameter tuning/ overall optimization. ;
* Frequency planning including full SFH parameters (MA list, MAIO, HSN), CGI, LAC, Neighbors of new sites so as to make optimum use of frequency and avoid interference using, MAPINFO,NASTAR GSM and Atoll.
Optimization of the network by changing Cell parameters, Orientation & tilting of GSM Antennas for optimum coverage
* Configuration of parametres for shifting from FR to HR : TCHBUSYTHRES, AMRTCHHPRIORLOAD, INNAMRTCHHPRIORLOAD, OUTAMRTCHHPRIORLOAD, TCHTRICBUSYOVERLAYTHR, TCHTRIBUSYUNDERLAYTHR.
* Configuration of parametres for Dual Band Tunning Algorithm in order to favor 900 MHZ to 1800MHZ. ;
