• Insuring the billing system coherence with business needs as well as its long term maintainability
• Analyzing the organizational and operational impacts and mitigates risks accordingly.
• Creating synergies between the departments (Business, Pricing, Marketing, Legal…)
• Managing third-party contractors
• Recruiting and assessing
2- Functional specifications and solutions delivery supervision finance / Information system
Experiences with a non integrated system (KENAN BP implementation)
Budget for maintenance and projects: 12 people (third-party contractor:
Accenture).
• Coordinating transversally the different needs within the company
• Validating the functional requirements submitted to the IT department, and proposed solutions
• Setting the priorities according to the allocated budgets
• Defining and monitoring the key performance indicators used to assess the quality of service provided
3- Billing Production Operation
• Responsible for the Billing production (TAX calculation, IATA creation, G/L generation…)
4- Tax and Membership Obligations knowledge
• Participation of the Tax feasibility studies’ workshops within several billing projects.
• Setting controls and procedures to calculate the SITA SC shares redistribution and other Membership items
