2. Manage subcontractors for timely and quality delivery

9. Coordinating with site installation teams & subcontractors to strictly follow the Health & Safety procedure during site installation
10. Prepare sites for final acceptance
11. Coordination with the clients and the subcontractors, solving the site issues and maintaining the quality standards.
12. Preparations of the Materials re-conciliations on monthly basis.
13. Survey the site & KOM before work starting
14. Coordinate with Customer for new scope acquisition

• Having a clear track on the equipments delivered to the consignee.
