  In-charge of all the operational engineers
  and the crew of the engine room and deck equipments and installations.
  Ensures for the personnel safety and routine duties.
  Overall maintenance
  of all the machinery present in the engine room of the ship
  Preparation of reports, such as statistical and data analysis reports, for all engineering processes
  Advises management on engineering problems
  Reviews engineering designs for neatness and accuracy.
  Compliance of environment policy and MARPOL requirements.
  Maintenance and up keeping of the engine room log book and all files.

• OMMP - Ingénieur électromécanicien

  2001 - 2007 * Supervise the work of mechanical maintenance ;
  * Preparation, develop, maintain & execute effective preventive maintenance procedures to maximize utility plant equipment availability and determine the required spare parts
  * Supervise quality of work done by of the maintenance and their respect of time scheduling
  * Maintenance and Safety of Medium Voltage transformation posts ;
  * Carrying out all Mechanical equipment installation activities for waste water treatment plants.
  * Prepare reports, forms, correspondence and related documentation regarding assigned operations in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
  * Analyses equipment history both from a planned and defect point of view to search for trends which may require the amendment of maintenance procedures
  * Responsible for ensuring that the training and development of key Utility plant staff is in line with the skills and competence level demanded
  * Keep Utility Area maintenance Team members informed and aware of the latest practices, material availability, legislative rules and regulations
  * Keep up to date status records of all equipment incoming and outgoing

  Supervises and monitors project progress through site general supervisors from project initiation and close out .
